  • Allright then. Could have been a grind-it-out win on D, but they I guess didn't want to lockdown to the end. Foot off gas, so it became an escape win.

    • Big game tonight if M wants to stay in the hunt with MSU for the regular-season conference title. Indiana has lost 5 straight and Langford is shooting 18% from 3 and it looks like they are shorthanded. Not the big game I thought it would be at the start of the season, and no longer one of the big three road games I thought were the likeliest losses, but can't lose it nonetheless. It's quite possible Michigan could end the regular season with 4 losses and still not be regular-season champion. Izzo has a classic Izzo team this year. Many they are playing well.

      • We're still favored in every game probably at least until the first contest against MSU. 15-5 is still very doable.

        • I still think it's going to be 4 losses. I just don't know if that's enough to beat out MSU for the regular-season championship. Which is not, mind you, the primary goal here.

We've won there, what, 5 times in my lifetime. Not holding my breath. Must win for them and we aren't a great road team. This is gonna be 40min of nails on chalkboard.

            • What fucking conference game isn't? Am trying to watch other B10 basketball more, so I can actually enjoy it.

                • Feels like we should be up 20+. A little run by IU here and it's all the sudden a toss up in the 2nd half.. Need to close strong

                    • So lowering the shoulder on the drive is allowed now, it seems. Given Iggy's upper body strength, he should be working on something like that to clear space.

                      • Might also be ready for some pick-and-pop looks for Teske from 3. He's shooting it a lot better. Run some of last year's stuff for Wagner.

                        • This could have been an absolute destruction without them leaving 8 or so points on the table in the form of missed layups. Felt a lot more janky than the scoreboard suggests. They went on the road and spent most of the game up 15 or more, and the lead was never smaller than 9 after the initial flurry.

                          • That was a lot of fun! The atmosphere there was really electric but Michigan stood tall and pretty much owned it from wire to wire.

                              • I hope Maryland continues to fall back to the pack, if only to lessen interesting in the secondary ticket market. I was hoping to make it up for the Rutgers road game, but don't know if I'll have time.
