So far, MSU has done everything right.. Tucker has admitted in signed documents he masturbated during a call with Ms.Tracy. Her Title IX complaint was handled correctly. Tucker's whining about whether his behaior is covered by Title IX is immaterial. There's a misconduct clause in Tucker's contract that allows MSU to terminate him for cause. I've read two legal opinions on this. Both urge MSU to fire Tucker with no settlement and let them "bring it." Tucker is fucked..
