Unless the Royals pitch Cole Ragans Sunday on 4 days rest, Skubal will win the AL triple crown (leader in wins, ERA, and strikeouts). He has 228 Ks and Ragans has 223. Each team is in the same boat so I wouldn't expect to see either of Skubal or Ragans on Sunday in order to preserve them for the WC round.

Jobe isn't local hype, he is the #1 pitching prospect. I doubt we see much of him this season. His stuff is electric.

He's the real deal. As Froot noted, #1 pitching prospect in baseball. He was the #3 overall pick in the 2021 draft and is only 22 years old. I wouldn't expect him to break camp with the Tigers next spring but I do think he'll be up with the big club probably mid season or so. He's only had 2 starts at the AAA level but lit it up in A and AA. Probably needs more seasoning but he can touch 100 mph.
