Incorrect.

Houston lost to the Washington Nationals in the 2019 World Series the exact same way, in which the road team won each game in that Fall Classic.

So both times, Houston has been on the receiving end of some weird history.

Congrats to the Rangers. They were pretty darn good. Their RD was 4th in the MLB and 2nd in the AL. Probably should have won more than 90. And, of course, Rangers fans suffered through the most epic of collapses when they lost to the Cardinals -- so very close and, yet...nope.
