My niece just graduated from Iowa and is starting at Epic later this summer. It looks like a pretty cool place to work and the area is really nice, too.

When this happens, the dozen LSU fans all jump in and fight, then strip the clothes off the visiting fans leaving them without tickets, wallet, phone, or clothes. In the stadium, many will try to trip you going up or down the stadium steps, they block aisles, refuse to move, “accidentally” knock your tray of food/drinks outta your hands, you get the gist.

Their big in stadium chant is something they call “Neck” - it’s basically fans chanting, “SUCK THAT TIGER DICK, BITCH!”

Cars with out of state tags keyed, tires slashed, windows broken. Many campus bars and restaurants won’t take your order, you get the idea.
I heard they once shot a man in Reno just to watch him die.

Agree re: WVU fans. I went to the Gator Bowl about 20 years ago there were WVU fans literally pissing in the stands. I've always thought Wisconsin fans were pretty douchey from my experiences with them at the Big House and at hockey games.

The Epic campus is absolutely amazing. The founder of Epic (some hippy-ish middle-aged woman billionaire who wears Chuck Taylors and ripped jeans) is a big Star Wars nerd and music fan. All of the rooms there are decorated with these full-sized movie prop pieces and art. Some of the rooms are underground to keep from messing up the bucolic view.

It’s all very impressive. If your niece can get you a tour, you should absolutely go.

She took her dad and brothers on the tour. When I looked it up on Google I thought it was some sort of theme park! I was like, is this the medical software place or a different Epic??

                      • SEC fan rankings:

                        1. Ole Miss. the Grove is undefeated.
                        2. Vandy. Nashville is a fun city and the Vandy fans usually don’t show up until the 2nd quarter and leave at halftime.
                        3. Mississippi State. Good bunch, the cowbells are annoying though and Starkville’s “best” restaurant is the Applebee’s off Hwy 82.
                        4. Arkansas. Very hard to get to, but FayetteNam isn’t a bad town and the fans are fairly cool.
                        5. Kentucky. A good group of fans, Louisville is a fun city.
                        6. Alabama. We would be higher, but we have a bit of an elitist “you’ll never beat us” attitude. We are also notorious for giving opposing fans wrong directions to fuck with them (send them away from the stadium, to the wrong gate, whatever).
                        7. SoCar. Columbia and Charleston are pretty fun. Fans are okay.
                        8. Mizzou. Not an SEC environ, but good fans.
                        9. Tennessee. The visiting seats are 8-inches wide and they have porta-potties in the stadium. Redeeming quality: close to the Smokies.
                        10. Florida. Tally is a pit of despair. The stadium is okay and the fans are average.
                        11. Georgia. Bad fans, bad venue, with horrible sight lines. Fuck Kirby.
                        11. Auburn. Hard to get to and get away from. Town is too small and the closest city is Montgomery.
                        13. TAMU. Horrible fans with all male cheerleaders and a faux military Corps of Cadets. They also do a lot of petty gamesmanship toward the visiting team. Disable the locker room AC, have the mounted “soldiers’” horses shit on the visiting sidelines, etc.
                        14. LSU. See my previous posts.

                          • So basically any SEC program that has the capabilities of beating Bama more than once a decade has terrible fanbases. Team cancers.
