        • Apparently there is a video of a guy in Ohio at the Sportsbook talking to Bohannon. lol.

My book limits college baseball wagers to $1500. Bohannon made $500k/yr. The only way this would make sense is if the bettor was selling the tip to others for money or they were regularly hitting parlays. Otherwise, too much risk for that amount of money.

          • This smacks of Boston College and Henry Hill. Bama should get the death penalty for all sports.

Yeah, but you’re a moron. That’s what makes it funny.

Crazy. Wonder if this dude drove all the way up from Bama to place bets in Ohio. Made Pete Rose proud.

                            • The rumor is that the bettor is an Ohio guy. How he met Bohannon is not known. And if he did it once, it’s likely he tanked other games, too. The thing is, Bama isn’t a good team and this would have flown under the radar. It’s just that whomever he was tipping off got greedy. That said, Bohannon knew he was getting fired so it sounds like he ramped up his “tips”.
