Both charges, reckless driving and racing, are misdemeanors in Georgia. Seems like there would be an enhancement for a situation that resulted in death but mostly, what about him leaving the scene of a fatal accident? That's usually a felony. Wait, never mind...

For a while it looked as if maybe the distractions caught up with Bama. They were a bit lethargic and looked slow in the first half, but they got their shit together and overcame a big deficit to beat Auburn in OT.

Bama plays really good defense and turned it up in the middle of the second half. I think they had a 16-0 run.

They are a no-shit championship contender.
