I poor-mouthed the chance to cover a -20.5 line. There is a huge difference. So, do you accept the bet? I get the Hogs and the points. You get the Mighty Tide.

      • With the level of confidence you have that Bama will cover the -20.5 line, is it really even gambling? Nay! It’s more the affirmation of a certainty, like saying the sun will rise in east, that Talent will be a condescending asshole, that wiz will bugger young boys and farm animals (etc).

Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

                    • CURRENT BOWL PICTURE

                      Georgia (10-0)
                      Alabama (9-1)
                      Ole Miss (8-2)
                      Arkansas (7-3)
                      Texas A&M (7-3)
                      Kentucky (7-3)
                      Miss State (6-4)
                      Auburn (6-4)

                      Florida (5-5)
                      Tennessee (5-5)
                      Missouri (5-5)
                      South Carolina (5-5)
                      LSU (4-6)

                      Vanderbilt (2-8)

LSU needs an upset over A&m to end the year to make it to a bowl. Tennessee will almost definitely win their final two games but the other eastern bubble teams will have to work for it. SoCar needs to beat either Auburn or Clemson, meaning their odds are the worst.

                      • So, LSU made Lincoln Riley a huge offer. Meh, I would be okay with it. If they have to get a name coach this would be okay because OU will be in the SEC anyway.

                        • Supposedly offered a ton of cash:

According to a report from former college football coach Jake Crain, LSU offered Riley an eight-year, $96 million deal.
