The true CFB experience will take place in smaller places. The big venues will be commercialized and expensive. Johnny Rocketarm is going to need his guaranteed 1Mil endorsements. I doubt that will be necessary in Mt. Pleasant or Adrian.

The SEC voted unanimously to officially invite Texas and Oklahoma. They could accept as early as tomorrow.

Someone in the Big Ten needs to be speaking to just about every team remaining in the Big XII. We can live without WVU.

I'd have no problem with taking on Okie State, both teams from Kansas and Iowa State. WVU can go to the ACC.

For divisions, I'd bring Purdue, NW, Illinois and Wisconsin into the BTE, and send all four newbies into the BTW.

I'd also look for negotiations to take place between the Big Ten and Pac 12 to form some sort of alliance, and also bring in the Rose Bowl to preserve that tradition.

The one team that should be in the West is Michigan. We have a fight song to protect. We are a second-class team and should be allowed to go to the second-class division.

Seriously, though, a full SEC schedule adding Texas and Oklahoma is going to be difficult to navigate and go undefeated. Expect Finebaum to begin lobbying for at least 6 SEC teams to automatically qualify in the 12-man playoff.

The B10 has said it was only going to allow AAU teams into the conference. USC and Washington?? I still say Virginia is the best get.

I would be fine with Virginia and actually prefer them to any of the Big12 leftovers, but I'm not sure how much mutual interest there is. There was a lot of talk about us approaching them the last big realignment rodeo that came to nothing. Maybe things have changed

I don't see the Pac12 stuff happening unless it's for football only.
