If we didn't live in a world where Ohio State could get sued for wrongful death for the knowing, voluntary decision of an individual to participate in a sport then things like this wouldn't be necessary.
If I were counsel for any University, I'd have every student sign a Covid waiver before resuming the in-person educational experience.
