Saban passed Hayden Fry, Bo Schembechler, and Woody Hayes this season. Turns out the Goofers were a pretty good team. Would have thought an 11-win season would be their all-time high, but I was corrected and chagrined to learn their 1904 team (back in the era of Michigan Greatness) went 14-0. Of course, that record was padded with such juggernauts as Twin Cities Central High, Shattuck Boarding School, and Lawrence University.Comment

*Rushing yardage allowed: WORST
*% of plays where opponent was held to zero or negative yardage: WORST
*% of plays where opponent gained 10 or more yards: WORST
*PPG allowed: 2nd WORST
