Lane is a good coach if he can keep his mind in it. He gets distracted with other -ahem- things.
Currently, he has coached FAU in 35 games and is 22-13 (.629).
In the 35 games before Lane, FAU was 9-26 (.257).

He got a pretty big win yesterday. They probably should finish 9-3 and if Louisiana Tech beats Marshall they should win their division in the CUSA. They weren't bad, but it was still a disappointing effort by the 2nd/3rd team defense in that one.

I think Fickell will get UC to 10-2 which will win their division. FAU at 9-3. Look at that gritty OoC schedule!
