You read my edit, right? Vacated games don't do it. Has to be "vacated + forfeited". I took your post saying that:

We were fucked by the NCAA. Most of those are from a textbook loan that we reported that they would have bever known about -and schools who GIVE the student the text book (we don't) and covered it up (yes, you Ball State and others) got far less punishment.

A glitch allowed students to borrow extra books (that they had to return).
We found out about it, fixed the glitch, made the students who borrowed unapproved books pay restitution, and foolishly reported ourselves.

odd.. UNL didn't have to vacate wins when they self reported optional books were given to students that year. Just had to fix the problem and have the students pay. They were basically given a warning (one they put on themselves... similar to Crouch's ham sandwhich)
