  • Early season no name college hoops. They don't usually set lines until late, but sharps can kill it.

Also, FCS. The way the deal with it is to double the vig. It's often 20% for these types of games.

5dimes used to offer HS games if televised. They managed it by capping single play action and moving the line massively. My friends and I just killed ohio games. We could only bet $100 at a time so they could reset line. So, we'd take turns. But it wasn't uncommon for us to put in $1000 and move the line 17 points if it was a shitty line.

      • Water is wet, the sky is blue, and Finebaum rips Michigan. Again.

        iam will especially like this:

?There?s no comparison between Ohio State and Michigan fans,? Finebaum said. ?Ohio State fans are very knowledgeable people. They understand, they are supportive. Michigan fans are from another planet. I?ve dealt with a lot of Ohio State fans, particularly a couple years ago after the Buckeyes beat Alabama. Ohio State fans at least know what they?re talking about.

?I don?t think they are nearly as knowledgeable as Ohio State fans when it comes to football IQ. I think they have gone all-in on Harbaugh?listen, Harbaugh is a good coach, but he hasn?t done anything yet at Michigan.?

?The great Michigan coach over the last 40 years is Bo Schembechler who never won a title, so I understand Michigan fan aren?t exactly dealing with championships like Ohio State fan or fans of Alabama.?

Finebaum continued to say, ?I?ve yet to meet a Michigan fan that has a sense of humor about his program, that has an ounce of objectivity in their body,? and then told one fan to call back ?when you win a championship.? Michigan?s last Big Ten title was 2004.

        • SEC fans f*** their cousins and will vote for Trump as their president. Also very uneducated.
There, I said it for the 2nd time*.

An uncesssary over generalization of a group of people.
          Who cares about Finebaum.

Good god. Why is anyone quoting Finebaum? You understand he says what he says to get a sound byte or a quote. He's made a radio/TV career out of it.

            • Paul Finebaum is as representative of the State of Alabama as any man past, present, future. It is one of the failures of the current regime in Tuscaloosa that an immaculate bronze statue of the legendary broadcaster has not yet been dedicated outside Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Also no one knows who "Denny" is. Better "Finebaum".

              • Heh. He's a Tennessee Vol alum, but he couldn't care less about the Vols. He has made a career playing fanbases against each other and saying shocking things either directly or by proxy. And people STILL get worked-up and pass on what he says. He's a Rush Limbaush of sports.

It's kinda funny to see new audiences fall for his schtick.

Yep. The guy has if figured out. He is very good at what he does. He gets people that care way too much about college football fired up and then lets them yell at each other on his show. He creates the controversy and takes the checks to the bank.

Well, actually, he's confusing M fans with osu fans.

I don't hang out at osu sites but from my unbiased view, it's clear to me which group of fans is more knowledgeable but yeah, right, I'm not calling in to Finebaum's show to tell him that then listen to a toothless ohioan dressed up in some silver and red Halloween costume tell him how smart people from olio are.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

                            • His sample size is small, but he people that call these shows are the most delusional morons that are part of a fan base and are easy targets.

I listen to snippets of his show when I am in the car. It is an SEC love fest and I usually can't take much of it so I usually don't listen very long, but it's as if they find the dumbest, least informed fanboys to call in. This is especially true of Big Ten fans that call in.

                              • Michigan fans complain about him on other boards, and I just don't get it. I've never listened(for more than a few minutes and less than 5 times ever), watch, follow on Twitter...amazing that anyone would give a shit what he has to say about anything.
