Amazon has started their Black Friday sales and there are some great deals to be had! As you shop this holiday season, please consider using the forum's Amazon.com link (listed in the menu as "Amazon Link") to add items to your cart and purchase them. The forum gets a small commission from every item sold.

Additionally, the forum gets a "bounty" for various offers at Amazon.com. For instance, if you sign up for a 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime, the forum will earn $3. Same if you buy a Prime membership for someone else as a gift! Trying out or purchasing an Audible membership will earn the forum a few bucks. And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.

If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!

Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. This does not cost you anything extra and it helps offset the operating costs of this forum, which include our hosting fees and the yearly registration and licensing fees.

Stay safe and well and thank you for your participation in the Forum and for your support!! --Deborah

  • Yeah. But Sayin is the only hope we have the next 4 years now that St. Clair is a Buckeye. We have waterboys and scrubs through 2027.

    • Yeah, very unlikely UAT will bring in anything decent QB in the 2025 class. Will probably end up relying on a transfer. Maybe whoever is starting at Iowa. Seems about right. The darkness is rolling into Tuscaloosa. I will say St. Clair was really (and is) really underrated. OSU told Luke Montgomery to hold off b/c they liked TSC way better. Now Montgomery will probably end up at Clemson. Whatever.

Ohio State QB and WR recruiting -- I don't really worry much about that. Even in 2024, they lost Raiola -- who, the more and more I see, seems like a potential personality issue. I mean, he can really spin it, but, man. He's gonna be a problem (IMO). The Raiola commitment cost them any chance at Jadyn Davis who was (and still is) pretty overrated (IMO). And he ended up with HARBAUGH!!!! But out of that, they managed to find Air Noland from Georgia, and I really like this kid. Unlike, say, Davis -- he his shooting up the rankings because he can really throw it.

Sayin crushed it at the E11. But Noland also really showed out.

All that said, at least UAT plays defense. Ohio State is stuck in some sort of hapless June Jones doom loop.
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
      Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

We play defense? You need to tell Tennessee that because they acted as if we didn’t and were proven right. Ask LSU how our “defense” defended a 2-pt walk-off conversion play that looks like it was drawn up by a middling HS veer team from 1983.

Our descent is evident, palpable. The once-great Saban, now a laughing stock. Ineffectual and mediocre, flailing like a drowning man in rough current surrounded by ravenous creatures from the deep waiting on their inevitable feast.

“Darkness rolling into Tuscaloosa” is correct. The storm is overtaking the horizon. Blackness suffocates the remaining sliver of daylight as the slow bass rumble of thunder approaches and brings with it the cold promise of hail, flood, lightning, and death. We continue to toil in the field oblivious to the pogrom our soulless rivals have planned. There is no hope and there is no escape.

            • good lord ...

This is not a good look for you Mr. AA. You usually are very good at cloaking your support of everything Bama in your sandbagging. You're slipping.

              • Just a bit of hyperbole, Liney. A couple of quick paragraphs of whimsy is a nice exercise every so often.
