Texas A&M is supposedly hiring Bobby Petrino to be their next OC. DJ Durkin is already their DC. Quite a coaching staff!

In the end, as badly as M played, they got the game back to a winnable situation. Agreement is wide spread that the officiating was unsatisfactory, at best. In spite of that, M was nearly able to play over that, and get into a winning situation.
Biggest cause of the loss, was Michigan was not as well prepared as TCU was. That's on Michigan's coaches, and some blame even goes to the players. Stop reading your own headlines."The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, .. I'd worn them for weeks, and they needed the air"

The one bad call against M could have been overcome by scoring from the 1 with FOUR tries. Yeah, it was a bad call but the response to adversity was an abomination.
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

Look, the BigTen has been an utter disappointment. One BigTen team gave TCU an undeserved win and the other gave UGA an undeserved win.
It was disgusting. Officiating was bad in both.Last edited by AlabamAlum; January 5, 2023, 07:13 PM."The problem with quotes on the Internet is that it is sometimes hard to verify their authenticity." -Abraham Lincoln

Agree that M was not well prepared for the game in general. That also hurt them in the end."The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, .. I'd worn them for weeks, and they needed the air"

Every team gets a call that doesn't go their way. Some are harder to overcome than others. This bad call was really, really, really easy to overcome. M failed.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
