Yeah, Starkvegas seems better, but Ole Miss has 5 lock wins (IMO). Tougher schedule from for the boys from the Tuscaloosa of Mississippi.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

Resolved to my fate, I admit to myself that I deserve this. You see, besides the sand, and kudu, and giant lions, the Kalahari is known for its diamonds. That's what brought me here. Diamonds. A double cross. A theft. The details are interesting, I suppose, but I had no time to go through them.

MissStake will be better, I believe. Decent QB, dirty defense, stable HC, and no Sword of Damocles over their head."The problem with quotes on the Internet is that it is sometimes hard to verify their authenticity." -Abraham Lincoln

No, Faulkner would have turned those few paragraphs into 40 chapters with internal dialogue mixed with actual dialogue and left it unclear who was talking and whether it was past, present, or some dream.
And you compare me to Faulkner again and I will cut you."The problem with quotes on the Internet is that it is sometimes hard to verify their authenticity." -Abraham Lincoln

Many years ago my mother picked "As I Lay Dying" for our book club. Now, I had read that buttshit book in HS and loathed it. However, I thought maybe I've grown, and my mother is about as smart at lit as anyone I know. So, I read it. I'd honestly rather go back and re-read the entire CNNSI "Nebraska took roids" argument between Mark, Glenn and Team Huskers -- several times over. What a stupid, festering pile of monkey semen. I nearly stabbed my Aunt with a fork when she commented how one particular randomly ordered set of English words was hilarious.
In short, DSL is correct re AA's writing. And, to the extent implied, his general Mississippian character.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
