Yes, but some of us "90%-ers" have different hobbies and are limited to windows of information when it comes to college athletics... or where for example, I'm more broad because my divide towards M and Purdue.
Time devoted elsewhere.
In the final 5 minutes the offense was awful. It was 1 guy dribbling and 4 guys passing around the perimeter. It makes it so much easier for the d. I don't get the strategy.
Really thought we were poised to capitalize after that NCAA title game run and subsequent elite 8 appearance.
Instead that appears to have been an outlier. More and more it appears that the true ceiling for this program is the mediocre season followed by a bubble seed that ends in a brief tourney appearance.
And I think the athletic department is perfectly content with that. That title game appearance probably earned Beilein lifetime security at UM.
It's a cautionary tale about the danger of having low standards and moving the goalposts forward. The basketball program has accepted second class citizenship. A long tourney drought gave people a distorted view of how hard it is to make the tourney. When Beilein finally did it, he was a genius for it. Now he's going to be here for as long as he wants.
Let's make sure that this does not happen with the footall program.

Going to see some real stinkers on offense this year. This Texas game is frustrating. Just brutal offense tonight. Dakich is saying the same thing every possession -- take it to the rack already.
Pulled out a decent win there at the end thanks to Wagner. For all hos ability with an offense though, Beilein sure is willing to sit there possession after possession while they jack up tight 3s.
