          ESPN has re-seeded the contenders for CWS. M is the number two seed. But Vandy is the #1 seed with Odds to win CWS (from Caesars Sportsbook): -180.

          Michigan, the #2 seed is +275.

          TT who M plays tomorrow to advance is 12-1.

                      Michigan will face Vanerbilt who beat Louisville 3-2 in a squeaker. Louisville led 2-1 going into the 9th but Vandy sored two runs to take the lead, 3-2 and held on by the skin of their teeth with the 2nd baseman making a diving catch of infield blooper to retire the side.

                          Right ...... and while Michigan sports fans are still engaged in cheering on their summer champions, osu fans are barbecuing, wishing there was some football on because that's pretty much all they WERE good at and praying Justin Fields will be as good as the hype about him and ryan day and his staff, including traitor greg mattison (formerly Greg Mattison) won't fall on their collective asses this fall.

                              The baseball team is still playing with house money. They were supposed to be sent packing nearly a month ago.

                              Also, I'd say they have 'settled the score' with Texas Tech.

                              Since March, the guys have spent more time on the road, than they have in Ann Arbor. The NCAA made it as tough for them as possible, but here they are, ready to play for the NC.

                              I have to say I'm impressed with the venue at Omaha. Nice stadium.

Michigan is in it for the first time in 35 years. Surely you mean the Men's College World Series. Okay yes fine that is its name, technically. If this space talked about stick and ball sports much it would refer to both the baseball and softball championships as just the CWS and rely on the reader to figure it out. Your author has the exact same take on the Women's World Cup, which should just be the 2019 World Cup and you'll figure it out. Anyway, you wave the stick at the ball and things happen?
