  • Ah. Yeah, good point.

    • Bush Sr. is a former NFL safety that started for Atlanta. Bush Jr. isn't the type of recruit you hire a guy to sign.

Possible Bush Sr. was hired to help build a recruiting pipeline in the Miami area but to land Bush Jr? No.

      • Gentry to tight end sounds like a long-term move, he's a big athlete and could do very well there. He's in the same class as Wheatley Jr...

Mason Cole is going to practice at center this spring, he'll likely stay there unless Grant Newsome can't handle left tackle duties...

        • The move I keep hoping to hear about is Wheatley to OT.

That's the thing. I don't think those other guys are better than Bush Jr, necessarily. And as WM said, Bush Jr. wasn't brought in here just for his son.

                • Harbaugh is going to have a HR hitting contest with former Wolverine great Rick Leach today at the Wilpon Complex. Its part of the Softball Academy sponsored by the team every year. Its a fund raiser.

                        • This kind of interesting on the breakdown of attendence for football. If tickets sold was the criteria, the 100,000 streak would only be a few games long. I wanna know where I can get some of these comp tickets that seem to be so plentiful.

You'd probably need to get to know some administrators, instructors and others employed by the university. Maybe knowing a few players would help too.

                              • ESPN has us @ #3 pre-season, higher the better at least for our final ranking. With the questions at QB, it's difficult to be near that optimistic.

7 games are close to gimmies: Hawaii, UCF, Colorado OOC, B1G @Rutgers, Illinois, Maryland & Indiana... Tougher games are Penn State, Wisconsin, @Sparty, @Iowa, and @OSU...
