No surprise ........ Well, maybe it is. The NCAA has appeared to act rationally albeit in the face of a barrage of potential labor law suits.

Well, how about that. A rational decision from the NCAA.
And someone please take Lou Saban and the rest of the SEC by the hand, and reassure them that their lofty perch atop college football is in no danger of being toppled by The Harbaugh. He just wants a few southern kids to give Michigan a try. He won't take them all. Some kids will still actually want to attend a SEC school.
I was glad to see that there appear to be no restrictions, which is also a surprise. So, Harbaugh can warm up the jet and hit a lot of areas. Good for him, and good for college football.
And if Mike Dantonio gets his panties in a wad over this, have him talk to some of the rich alumni at State, and get him a plane of his own, (if they don't have one already) and let him take his grouchy butt on the road and hold some satellite camps as well. I think we'll see the Urban Myth do it, as well as several others in the nation.
Overall, college athletes will benefit, because more opportunities will be available that weren't before."The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, .. I'd worn them for weeks, and they needed the air"

Rationally?
Don't think so. They acted out of self preservation looking down the barrel of a law suit gun.
The best thing to come of this is not a win for Harbaugh but that Greg Sankey, SEC Conference Commissioner, got his pants pulled down and the SEC coaches who took issue with the camps look like whiners. Now it's up to Sankey to lift the ban on SEC teams doing camps.Last edited by Jeff Buchanan; April 28, 2016, 02:51 PM.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

Agreed that anything the NCAA does that goes against the 'ruling clan' of CFB is fine with me. Lou Saban should be ecstatic. He can finally jet off to Idaho and hold a camp, and make inroads in the recruiting hotbed of the great northwest..."The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, .. I mean, how many times can a person say "Go Green/Go White".. and "WAL-verine" before they go nuts?
Which may explain his moniker anyway ... but I digress .."The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, .. I'd worn them for weeks, and they needed the air"
