42-13 is your final. An embarrassing second half, and an embarrassing day overall for Michigan. Ohio State was better in every possible way, and didn't have to do anything all that complicated to run the Wolverines out of Michigan Stadium.

The funny thing is, their season is still more disappointing thn ours was.

They have a glorified NFL team and they won't even win their half of the B1G, let alone get to the playoff.

Might see another year of this before the talent gap evens out. It can't possibly get any worse.

That's cold comfort. Harbaugh fielded a top ten team going into his first Ohio State game, and wasn't even competitive. That's more concerning than the loss itself. This was just a bad day all around.

Defense did what they were asked to do. Durkin put them in no position to be successful, he asked his LBs to contain option with no help behind them. A missed read or tackle is an easy 12 plus yard gain.

9-3 with this mediocre roster is pretty damn impressive for year 1. Looking forwrd to year 2 when we have more than just a handful of decent players.

I doubt it. Meyer and Dantonio aren't going anywhere, and Michigan still has a lot of work to do to catch up with them. Michigan has to break in a new QB next year, the offensive line has to improve, they've got to find new linebackers(that might be a good thing), and they're still short of game-changers on both sides of the ball.
