Agreed. There's a bit of a talent gap, and Michigan is hopefully going to have faster LBs in the future, and certainly being down two top interior lineman is brutal. But, yeah -- the book on how to attack this defense is clear now, and OSU has the perfect personnell to do it.

    • The book on attacking this defense is hit them where they don't have talent. That's pretty much the epitome of a talent problem.

      • Helpless. It hurts to watch run after run.

        • At this point they could be 4th and 10 and still run up the gut for a first down.

          • Then you have a talent gap problem with Minnesota and Indiana.

            • Yeah. Even the great Bo couldn't stop running qbs. Seems a Michigan thing.

              • Yeah, the lack of talent at LB is pretty much 100% of the reason why they're losing. There's nothing about this that involves scheme or mentality.

                • This game is over. Hopefully Harbaugh can learn from this for the next game and beyond.

                  • 28-10, evil. I would think that puts it out of reach.

Ohio State's done nothing all that tricky-- they've just run their base offense. Michigan just can't do anything about it.

LB wise they do. It wasn't a problem when Glasgow was covering for them.

                      • Good heavens. Well, credit due to linesman. He saw it coming I guess. He's perhaps having a better time watching his wife spend money at the mall.

                        This is awfully disappointing.

                        • The talent gap is everywhere. UM's lbs are not good. They have no running game. IU and Minnesota were able to exploit UM's poor lbs.

                          • The tacking has been really very disappointing. Easily the biggest culprit in the lead (plus Meyer remembering how to call a game)

                            • Rooting for MSU now that OSU is going to win.
OSU 11-1 vs Michigan since 2004. That one win ... Woohoo, good job beating terrible Fickel.

                              • This has kind of been the complete opposite of Hoke's first season -- the dumb luck hurt instead of helped. Fumbles were rarely recovered. Interceptions through the hands. Etc, etc. It's obvious but comforting -- we should feel just so, so much better about this year's 9-3 rather than '11's 10-2.
