  • Agreed. There's never been pick-and-pop in this offense. Could be interesting. Overall, great to see the guy suddenly turn into this.

    • Nice comeback by Michigan. Now playing even with red-hot Iowa on the road.

      • These Hawkeyes just beat Sparty by 150 points in E Lansing. Michigan looking good in Big Ten.

        • Michigan depth paying big dividends. Even without LeVert and Albrecht, we are going 8-10 deep and doing well.

          • I'm a curse for them today. They started the game to see them fall behind 11-0. Tuned out and when I checked back in they were down just 3 (29-26), now they are behind 9...

Checked and saw Iowa has 7 more shot attempts and its not because M is at the free throw line either.

            • Strange deal. Michigan wins the battle on the boards (both offensive and total rebounds) but loses the turnover battle. Only 4 turnovers for Iowa the whole game. Michigan had 13.
              That's the difference right there.

              Heal fast, Caris!

              • Caught up -- yeah, Iowa just couldn't miss from 3 right when Michigan had a lull. Tough game. Iowa was much more disruptive on D in the second half creating those TOs.

Well, so be it. Would have been a house money game.

                  • Encouraging to see Wilson and Wagner getting more playing time and doing well.

                    • I was glad to see Wagner back in there too. Can see the potential with how fluid he is with his feet when he has the ball in his hands.

                      • "It's been the best thing for Derrick," Beilein said Sunday, following Michigan's 82-71 loss at No. 16 Iowa. "I just realized it the other day — Spike got that opportunity last year to say, 'OK, I'm in charge and there's nobody behind me.' Now (Walton) has that. And he's not perfect, but he's getting better."

Agree with that. Walton has to own the offense, even if LeVert is the engine when/if he comes back. From: http://www.mlive.com/wolverines/inde...rick_walt.html

                            • Lookin' good so far.

Spartans lose at home to Nebraska, whom we play in Nebraska on Saturday.

                              • Shot 36% for the game and still managed to control it most of the way. Decent showing. Still awful defense. Just awful.
