Kameron Chatman looks like he is physically talented, but has no intangibles... or basketball skills (like shooting, defense, and handling the ball). He hurt Michigan last night when he was on the floor because of his 0-6 shooting and his defense.
But yea, a true freshman. Just not his year. Hopefully he gets better.AAL 2023 - Alim McNeill

It would be interesting to know what Beilein saw re Chatman early in the year. He's got size and skill but he really is just lost out there, whilst it was clear right away when Dawkins got time that he's in a better position to find his last faster. I think it's fine that Chatman might take some time, but it's hard to see why he was given so long a leash to start.

Must be that overwhelming amount of talent on his roster, which is why his team looks like they just finished a 4K in overtime periods.
Clearly, they just aren't playing hard enough. "Toughness," or some macho bullshit explanation to that effect.Last edited by Kstat; February 14, 2015, 03:50 AM.

Next year they'll add essentially Robinson and probably lose LeVert who imo needs another season to develop...
Duncan Robinson might be the teams leading scorer next season if reports are accurate. He can score from all over, create for himself as well as others. Dawkins and MAAR will be a lot more help on the wings with a season under their belts...
I expect Walton to look a lot better IF healthy and IF the load on him isn't so great like it was this season, he isn't an All B10 caliber talent but can be an integral piece to a B10 contender... Donnal, Doyle, Chatman, DJ Wilson should be the 4-5...
LeVert is needed to return to turn a good '16 team (B10 contender) into a very good one (FF contender), Robinson won't be able to do everything himself just like Stauskus wasn't able to with LeVert/Walton.
