    • Why do they call it Madison Square Garden, when its round?

Shouldn't it be called Madison Round Garden?

      • The world is a strange and complex place.

        • I work at a Fountain Square, which led me to lookup if MSG is at a "Madison Square."
          It is I think...

So the building is a "garden"

The district / area is a square, or more rectangular shaped.

Really I could be Madison Retangular Garden

                  • I'd prefer "Roundtine" Center

                    • Haha. That's what made me think of Ovaltine.

                      • It looks like Michigan still isn't ranked. Somehow, Arizona at 17-5 and 5-4 in the PAC-12, with a worse RPI (30/34) and SOS (85/123) is.

                        • I forgot to check. That's dumb. It feels like there will need to be some serious wins to get up in to 4-seed territory on RPI. I guess a 5/6 seed would be OK. As long as we don't have to play a truly elite team on the first weekend.

                          • There is no truly elite team this year.

                            • Well we're not close. I haven't seen enough to say, but the 8/9 seed would be a real shame, and the 7 too. Gimme a 6 seed, and the prospect of playing #3 in the second round, and I'm ok with that.

                              • #6 is preferable to the #4/#5 that plays the #1 seed in the round of 16...

For M really, the way they are built, it's entirely about match-ups.
