Man, Miami kicked the dog shit out of Auburn last night. Auburn really fell off the last part of the season. The SEC got beat up worse than the Big Ten during the tourney.I feel like I am watching the destruction of our democracy while my neighbors and friends cheer it on

Saddened by Auburn’s loss…. Certainly didn’t see it coming to Miami (FL).
Tough to win a game with 30% FG percentage.

IMO, Texas was their biggest obstacle. Yeah, if Painter doesn't get to the FF this year that means they just STB. It's basketball. Teams have bad shooting nights. The difference between 1.0 points per possession and, say, 1.1 points per possession is about 7 points. That's enough to do you in if you're not careful. There are no bad games allowed in tournament basketball, mo second chances. Unless, you get lucky and the other team plays even worse.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

I agree.
Chris Beard has been Purdue/ Matt Painter’s kryptonite in the past due to their toughness. Now this obstacle is out of the way, perhaps Purdue has what it takes. Saint Peters is supposedly tough too, but I’m less worried about them because it’s not a Chris Beard team.
UCLA and UNC is a fun Sweet 16 matchup. The experience and toughness of UCLA vs the finesse of UNC. Either team could give Purdue trouble, but it’s not like playing Gonzaga or Arizona in the Elite 8. Very favorable compared to the others.AAL 2023 - Alim McNeill
