Yeah. I concede the point.

The rumor is that Indiana wants to hire Nate Oats. Alabama is paying him well and it is my opinion that he can make more waves coaching in the SEC than playing against BigTen teams. But whatever. Alabama isn’t a basketball blue blood and Indiana is/was. Wouldn't surprise me."The problem with quotes on the Internet is that it is sometimes hard to verify their authenticity." -Abraham Lincoln

So, what you're saying is that Ohio State volleyball should have SWEPT the Huskerz if they hadn't Bausermann'd away a win? Dear god. Isn't volleyball UNL's thing?
That said -- mad respeckt to the bowlers. It's truly the sport of kings. Until I learn how to consistently pick up the 10, I'm nothing more than patzer hoping for 150.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

IUBB has won its conference twice this decade, so I'd put them above all those football programs in terms of fading powers. Still a very rich recruiting area and cache. Far easier to get five-stars there, and they still do that a fair bit. Probably the only team in the conference for which that happens like that, with guys like Langford or Lander. Everyone else has to really work for them. Miller was obviously a mistake, but Crean recruited just fine and just had a piece missing in the soft skills area.
Here's hoping it's not Beilein for sentimental reasons, but if they nail the hire it's a big deal for the conference.
