  • Agree. Winning the 18-game conf season is a bigger deal than three days in Indianapolis

      • I'm curious to see how UNL progresses -- if UNL progresses, that is.

        • it's going to be a journey, not a quick trip. start with beating purdues and moving up.

          • Purdue is typically pretty good, start on beating up PSU, Rutgers, NW.

            • UNL was ahead of PSU last year.. maybe iowa and NW would be better for this year, but I think purdue is the short term goal

              • Nah, still PSU. PSU has Frazier back this year and will be tough. Iowa is a borderline tourney team, so that might be a little high. NW, yes. Purdue, this year maybe, depending on how that big oaf develops.

                • and by short term, I mean next couple years.. not this year. just to clarify

                  • I also think UNL is pretty athletic this year. What they really like is size. the upper 2/3 of the big's #5's will create problems for UNL this year.

Irrelevant since 1960, I understand the source of your rage.

Here's something real, Michigan's last shot at a national championship, 2013.

Not like that cheap and erroneous 12-0 costume crap Meyer was hawking last year, these come officially from the NCAA.

You know them perhaps better by their investigatory wing, you know the one that busted Tressel and Meyer.

                      • NW should be bad. I'd have them pegged as 12th. Iowa will be good.

                          • Huskers lose a close one to a very good UMass team...that's okay, not a bad loss...but then they get beaten pretty badly against UAB, who I know nothing about. So might not be a great year for Team Nowledge

                              • Louisville gets stunned by an underrated UNC team. Sparty had better watch out for them.

Nebraska, Penn State, and Purdue got the job done today. Good luck with Charlotte tonight. Big, big game tomorrow with Minnesota taking on Cuse out in Hawaii.
