              • American? As in, Kermit Washington? Well hopefully somebody channels Kermit's spirit and punches Craft.

(Heh -- I went to AU for grad school. Very much like the alumni privileges I have now in the gym and the library. What a shitty school tho.)

                • Last night's games...Minnesota went on a 14-point run to comfortably beat Richmond on the road...Wisconsin had a nailbiter with Wis-Green Bay before sneaking out of town with a 69-66 win.

                  • Penn State even got a win!

Minnesota's win was solid for that program.

I'm really looking forward to B10 season. Last year 14-4 won it outright. I'm not sure anyone gets to 14-4 this season.

                    • The 'top' will beat each other up again and the 'middle' can play with the 'top' teams, at least at home. Schedule could play a part of who has the best regular season, which is why I don't think the 'regular season' title has a lot of importance anymore...

Don't know how good the ACC is, not sure what conference is better this year.

                      • The conference title still means a great deal.

                        • I don't think there is a lot of value in the B10 touney title either.

                          • Regular season title means a lot. Tourney is nice cherry. Given that M rarely wins either, I can understand why a M fan would ignore them.

                            • Regular season means MUCH more. F the BT tourney. Nice lame attempt jab tho.

                              • I concur on the former and acknowledge I was shooting fish in a barrel.

The B10 regular season title is still a big deal. As I said, the tourney can be a cherry on top of a strong regular season, but I'd much rather see OSU win the regular season than BTT -- and that's after OSU just narrowly missed out on regular season and won the BTT.
