Insane level of offensive futility by Iowa. I do like seeing a pressing team get taken out of their game, and shame on you if you're that useless in the halfcourt. That said, Iowa did have some good shots that just didn't fall.

For the higher capacity arenas, their attendance will increase. Right now attendance figures are for a home slate that is a majority tomato cans. Conference games spike attendance upward.
And while I appreciate the "percentage of capacity" thing, in no world is nFw's attendance a good showing. They draw 6000.
Capacity matters if you're approaching 100%. Otherwise, meh.
UNL has done a nice job with its program. Creighton, too, though I wonder where they'll be next season.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

Also, last season the B10 averaged 13,100 per game. The former Big East was 2nd at 10,700. That's a huge difference. I expect the gulf between 1st and 2nd to be larger this season.
And the B10 puts every single conference game on TV to boot.

Creighton should dip next year, but they have a good following in Omaha. They will still have good numbers.
I'm really not surprised PSU struggles in basketball. You really need a community to support basketball and PSU is really in the middle of nowhere.Grammar... The difference between feeling your nuts and feeling you're nuts.
