Baylor hasn’t looked good since their COVID break. Almost lost to crappy Iowa State a few days ago.
Kansas has been hot recently. Catching fire at the right time.
Michigan is going to jump to #2 if this score holds.

Nebraska beat Minnesota. Gophers falling apart. They lost to Northwestern this week too. Injuries a big reason with two starters out for Minnesota. Liam Robbins and Kalscheur.
No doubt M beats Minnesota (@ Minnesota) if those two were out.

Right after the Michigan game today, the talking heads on ESPN were STILL saying, "Its still Gonzaga and Baylor, .. then a gap .. and then Michigan".

Baylor lost last night, but it was only because they were playing their 2nd game following a 21 day layoff for Covid issues. Somehow, I don't think the national sports media would allow Michigan to use that excuse.

Hopefully Houston doesn’t end up as the #2 seed in M’s region... Doubt it happens if Houston wins out. Assuming M is ranked #2 overall too.

Kelvin Sampson. 4th ranked Kenpom team. Houston SHOULD have defeated the championship game M team a few years ago.

I watched a bit of that OSU v Iowa game today. OSU seems to have trouble with big guys who play well. I noticed they don't really match up well underneath. I didn't see any OSU player who was taller than 6'8". That seemed to hurt them a bit today.

They're still no worse than a 2 seed.

I think Iowa, Illinois, Michigan and OSU could all beat Baylor and Gonzaga. Shoot, even Wisconsin and Purdue would give them all they want.

OSU's damn good, but their liftoff coincided with Liddell suddenly hitting 3s. If that stops and teams don't have to go out there and guard him, the ceiling lowers quite a bit. He's gotta keep hitting those.

And I love that the lowlife despicable Izzo fans have head back to the woods after coming out for a couple wins. God I cant wait for the Michigan games (more than the tournament).
