Very said news, although I didn't get a chance to meet Mike, I just missed buying his ND tickets last year. Yes he had two small kids, tragic, be thankful for your health.?I don?t take vacations. I don?t get sick. I don?t observe major holidays. I?m a jackhammer.?Comment

Does anyone have access to an obituary perhaps? I don't know Mike's real last name, so I'm not sure I'd be able to find it. I think he relocated away from Ann Arbor, but was considering moving back.

Very sad news. I didn't know Mike outside this board, but he loved ND and IMO, had the passion for the all the right reasons.

I'm shocked and saddened. Mike was always such a gentleman on line here while being a loyal Irish booster. He was a member of this forum for quite a few years and his posts were always thoughtful and respectful. It happens to all of us and often when we're not ready. It happened way to early for Mike. My best wishes to his family.Comment

Never knew the guy, wish I had, we had USMC & love of CFB connection but only through our board here.
Haunts me that after the ND game a few years back I found his cell phone call saying he couldn't find us and asking to help him out to find us.
NEVER, take casual or serious friendships/relationships lightly. They can end in an instant without you every telling them you cared about them.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.Comment
