Incidentally, I only said it was a visceral reaction, not a rational one. I never said it was "wrong". There are a lot of folks who don't like communal showers, period. Men, women -- they'd prefer to have stalls. Nothing wrong with that. It's not rational. But it's not wrong.
Your problem is you're so f'n sensitive on this topic you can't read a post for what it is.
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]? Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.
Oh, and to play the "absurd" game, which you apparently enjoy playing like Liney -- I assume you're all for "gays only" bathrooms and showers since it's such a horrible, dreadful thing to have to do. I mean that's the only way to stop the threat of being raped and/or creeped out. Have to have them. Have to.

Trust me, I can read your posts for what they are -- pitiful attempts to declare yourself the winner of a debate without having presented any logic or facts. And then you justify not presenting any logic or facts by stating that the other person isn't worth spending your time on. That way, you never have to lose, and the holes in your logic never have to be exposed. It's the argumentative logic of a 12 year old girl. It's your MO.
I know you too, Talent.

With the Indiana Pacers and Golden State Warriors getting into a bit of an escalated shoving match Tuesday evening, the memory of basketbrawls past tends to creep up rather easily...

?I don?t take vacations. I don?t get sick. I don?t observe major holidays. I?m a jackhammer.?
All I know in this whole gay/straight debate is, we seem to be ignoring the feelings of straight people, in order to accommodate the feelings of gay people.
For instance, when a straight man says he's uncomfortable in a locker/shower room setting being in the company of a gay man, the entire world accuses him of being "homophobic". That, for those of you who live in Ohio, means you are mentally ill. You have an unreasonable fear.
Yet, we say that there is no way that a straight man would be allowed to dress and shower in a women's locker room. If you think THAT is normal, you are perverted, and are likely a sex offender.
Yet, in both cases the "attractions" are the same.
How's that for my insanity, Counselor?
"The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, .. I'd worn them for weeks, and they needed the air"
The only aurgument I buy is straight men don't want to be treated like men would treat women if they showered together.....
but talent is right.. go to a gym, and most likely someone gay has seen you naked. I would think the fear of looking would be greater than the fear of being looked at... jmo..
Grammar... The difference between feeling your nuts and feeling you're nuts.
