His problem, train wreck clubs, Calgary & Toronto hurt his career, 6' 4" crusher, his game is often compared to Scott Stevens for a few years many NHLers voted him the hardest hitting player in the League.

He's not the guy they needed. They need a PK Subban type. A power play QB and a guy who can make the first pass out of the zone under pressure.

IMHO goaltender has been okay this year. Adequate at least. Their defensemen can't score and they aren't very good at moving the puck up the ice. Way too many games lately where the Wings can barely break out of their own zone. What a far cry from yesteryear when it was the exact opposite.

The PPGs will disappear in the playoffs once you have to get them the ugly way.

He certainly will contribute offensively in the Regular season but become playoffs, a high-risk liability.

Sochi 2014 Olympics, Team Canada , Yzerman is forced to add him because of race not merit.

Coach Babcock, whom we both respect, will not fall prey to that fucking ridiculous race card, Limits his play to 6 minutes against mighty Austria, during tournament play as well as the entire medal round.

Why? Not because he is African born in Canada, but because he is an incredible defensive liability.

liabilities who can't score so Subban would be a massive improvement.

The Red Wings have the fewest regulation losses in the NHL and would start on the road if the playoffs began today. Thus is life in the NHL in 2015 and why I am rapidly losing interest.

Gary Bettman can't be ejected as commissioner soon enough. Imagine Dave Brandon being our athletic director for 25 years and you know what it's like to have that worthless sack of shit be the NHL commissioner for as long as he has. If the next guy is even remotely decent people will see by the contrast how truly Godawful Bettman has been.
