Looks like the Colorado Avalanche have found their "Jimmy Harbaugh"! Patrick Roy is off to 10-1 start in the NHL as a rookie coach, an amazing start. Roy simply reeks of success at every hockey level.
Although they fired their coach last year and Colorado had made the playoffs only once over the last 5 years. Obviously great players don't always make good coaches but their are several NHL GMs kicking themselves now.
Roy was the greatest goalie I ever saw play the game. His list of accomplishments are truly remarkable.
