Was thinking the exact same thing. Turning away 4*? Few and far between with DickRod, not to mention the plethora of 5'6", 160 lb. linemen.Repugnant is the creature who would squander the ability to lift an eye to heaven, conscious of his fleeting time here.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but this could be a huge weekend for football recruiting---by Sunday night, things could happen to address needs at both RB and DL. Hoke has a lot of visitors on campus this weekend, kids that are at or near the top of our recruiting lists for the 2013 class, and kids that are included in the early stages of putting together another potentially great class in 2014.
Maybe there'll be enough good news for us over the next 2 days to take our focus off the disappointment of the basketball team...

I'm not sure if this is the weekend for Isaac to visit USC or if it's next weekend, but two other 4* RB recruits are in Ann Arbor---Deveon Smith (the kid from Ohio that some want more than Isaac) and Derrick Green (out of VA, a relatively big RB at 6'1" 220, reportedly has been timed at 4.31 in the 40 ---almost Denard fast!). Green supposedly wants to wait to commit until close to signing day; I doubt there'll be a spot left for him that far down the road unless we miss out on both Isaac and Smith.
The DL in town visiting is Henry Poggi, another 4* who is pegged as a DT by most. Some think he might commit before he heads home to Maryland, but not expected by most, as he supposedly has visits scheduled elsewhere soon.
Another huge recruit I almost forgot to mention that is in town is the kid that recently decommitted from Wisconsin, TE Scott Orndoff, out of Pittsburgh, PA. Again, a high 4*, he is highly likely (from his own comments) to make a decision VERY soon, especially if he decides to commit to Michigan. He knows that if we wants to be a Wolverine, there might not be a spot for him if he waits very long to decide.

One more tidbit:
I just read over at MGoBlog that our top recruiting secret weapon is again in town this weekend---QB Shane Morris is in town, both to meet and/or visit the visiting recruits and to be present for the first weekend of Spring Practice (even though he obviously can't participate .)
