He's only a junior right now, still growing---lets see if he puts on another 10-15 lbs of muscle by the time he gets to Ann Arbor. 247 Sports lists him as a 3*, but others are saying he likely will soon be a 4*

Possibly, but there aren't a lot of quality options at CB in the midwest this year, and if a Michigan staff thinks a Massillon kid can play, they're going to recruit him. If Conley is getting a benefit of the doubt from the recruiting services, the program he plays for is probably a big reason why.

Of the 39 defensive back prospects currently rated four stars or better by Rivals, only seven of them are from the midwest, and six of those have already committed-- Jourdan Lewis and Dymonte Thomas to Michigan, Cameron Burrows and Eli Woodard to the forces of darkness, Marcus McWilson to Nebraska, and Jayme Thompson to West Virginia.
