Please support the Forum by using the Amazon Link this Holiday Season

Amazon has started their Black Friday sales and there are some great deals to be had! As you shop this holiday season, please consider using the forum's Amazon.com link (listed in the menu as "Amazon Link") to add items to your cart and purchase them. The forum gets a small commission from every item sold.

Additionally, the forum gets a "bounty" for various offers at Amazon.com. For instance, if you sign up for a 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime, the forum will earn $3. Same if you buy a Prime membership for someone else as a gift! Trying out or purchasing an Audible membership will earn the forum a few bucks. And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.

If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!

Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. This does not cost you anything extra and it helps offset the operating costs of this forum, which include our hosting fees and the yearly registration and licensing fees.

Stay safe and well and thank you for your participation in the Forum and for your support!! --Deborah

        • In case you weren't aware, Jeremy Clark S is already committed; was a grayshirt, now a class of '12 commit. Tall, skinny frame not unlike Jarrod Wilson FS (who imo has 'coverage' ability to play corner) but not quite as athletic/explosive.

              • Big rumor last night at Rivals that Jordan Payton visited ND over the weekend and was "blown away" and nearly committed there on the spot.

But, apparently he has returned home, without committing. Michigan was his clear leader before the visit, but now, it appears to be 50/50 with the Irish.

I believe he's announcing tomorrow. He may be just building up some suspense, according to one Rivals contributor. But then again, maybe he's going Irish.

                We'll see.

                • Turns out -- Clark's scholarship came from Greg Brown, who has left the team.

                  • Sam Webb should speak to Payton tonight. Keeping fingers crossed.

Didn't Greg Brown receive a lot of praise from the coaching staff prior to the season?

With instant reporting on anything and everything these days via internet blogs, there is more of an emphasis on reporting things quickly than on reporting on them correctly.

Reporting on this wrong only requires you to issue an apology. Reporting on things slowly, even if you are accurate, means no one ever reads your site.

I'll go out on a limb and say he puts off his announcement.

                        • Payton doesn't seem like a big deal to me. The dropoff between him and other wr options doesn't seem that great. As opposed to Yuri and Banner and Garnett and O'Brien and those types.

                          • My prediction -- he'll announce for Michigan as expected.

                            • I really want Payton. It'd be nice to have a good enough crop of outside receivers to put Roundtree back into the slot next year. Darboh and Payton might give us that ability.

Who are these other options? Darboh is supposedly a Wolverine lean, but I haven't heard of a plethora of other options. Losing Payton would hurt.
