Class of ‘24 4-star DL Deyvid Palepale (Lancaster, PA) just announced via his Twitter that he has flipped his commitment from USC to Michigan. He also had offers from Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma & Penn State.

It would be good if he signs in the early period. If he doesn't I don't think its a solid commitment.

Looks like Oregon has their QB. Does that mean we're the front runner for Moore now?

I'd prefer JJ return for his last season but Moore would be a good consolation prize.

Moore is a larger version of Devin Gardner. Strong arm, very good runner, good size, not sure about his accuracy. He says he 'needs development' so if JJ stays, he'll be fine sitting behind him for a while.

I think we'd end up losing at least one of our two QB commits from '24 if Moore comes here. Moore would have sophomore status

Best case is JJ returns and Davis sits and learns for a year. We won’t know about JJ’s status until after the Rose Bowl, tho.

Devin Gardner oddly is who I thought of when I saw Dante play. Agree on the raw tag and need for more than a lil bit of development, would benefit from a redshirt wherever he lands which he's aware he could benefit from.

Dante Moore commits to Oregon.

He was projected to Michigan, but chose to go to the Ducks instead.

Could be a few reasons why. Michigan has 2 QB's coming in the next class, so maybe he didn't want to be part of a logjam.

Or, it could mean that JJ is staying. Or maybe not.
