How many of them can step into a good P5 program and contribute? When I perused the list that was posted here from 247 it looks like, for the most part, one of those bargain bins of old cassettes and CDs that didn't sell. Toto's Greatest Hit for $3.99, etc.

I like the returning talent on defense, the corners other than Will Johnson will be the weakness of the defense next season. It would be nice to find a Sainristil that's currently a backup slot receiver but that's a rare exception. There is enough talent returning in most other places. The offensive line, receiver (returning talent would be 'serviceable', and most likely QB are the huge losses. If Michigan took more seriously NIL, they could convince JJ to return. Even if JJ returns, the OL will be a disaster unless addressed via the portal, probably could take 3 or even 4.

Maybe there are some 5th-year guys available to return (COVID year), anyone returning would be a huge bonus.
