        We got a German DE. He is apparently the #1 rated DE in Germany, but I'm guessing that means as much as being the #1 DE in Maine or Alberta.

                  German was flipped from Georgia Tech. He's 6?6?/250 and is fast. Good athlete. Anyone who is a virtual unknown gets a 3-star rating.
