Georgia is recruiting closer to the level they always should've been, way too much in-state talent for them not to be top 10 every year...

Everyone is calling Chuck Filiaga (4*, Texas) to M, a favorite of mine... Probably an offensive guard but quite college ready much like say Bredeson was a year ago... Kai-Leon Herbert OT (4*, Florida) is expected to flip to Florida or possibly Miami, this is nothing new and no surprise to M's coaches. M still wants him...
M has moved into Mekhi Becton's OL (3*, Virginia) top group once they decided he was a take. I believe he visited in November for the Maryland game so no officials left; competition is VT, Virginia, Sparty... I like Honigford & Stueber more than most so the OL class should still be strong even if it doesn't compare to Bama, the Buckeyes and Georgia.
Najee Harris RB (5*, California) doesn't really talk to much of anyone, really no idea where he's going but if we take him for his word, he was undecided about a week ago which is good news from M's perspective.
Nico Collins WR (4*, Alabama) is flirting pretty heavily with Georgia. Really like his talent level and never felt he was in the bag so I'm not shocked if he's landing elsewhere but still a significant loss... Pretty sure Oliver Martin WR (4*, Iowa) has moved on but M is attempting to get him to take an official in a couple weeks and take him away from ND/Sparty/Iowa.
Elijah Hicks CB (3*, California) looks to be trending back towards Notre Dame, where he's committed... M will only take a 5th DB if it's one they think is talented enough. Only name I've heard come up recently is Brandon Sebastian CB (3*, Connecticut) whose committed to Boston College. He's HS teammates with Tarik Black from Cheshire Academy.
No optimism from anyone on Willie Gay, Jay Tufele, Aubrey Solomon; tough to pull blue chip DT's that aren't in the B1G region. There has been no optimism for some time on Tederrell Slaton (he wasn't a take till he was eligible), looks like Florida will find a way to get him qualified academically or they'll take him regardless.
