I think he's torn. Honestly, M would be better for him. He's a three-and-done player (or he wants to be) and he will be -AT BEST- RB3 his first year here if he comes. And honestly, he has a tall order to beat out Jacobs for that spot. Hell, Emmons isn't gonna go quietly either. I expect big things outta him.

I actually think Najee would be foolish to come to UM with the OL situation the way it is.

12:34pm: He had chicken, no sauce. A green salad and iced tea. For dessert, strawberry shortcake.

1:07pm: He played Trivia Crack on his iPhone before driving to the mall to get a new set of ear buds.

2:07pm: He went to the restroom near the food court at the mall. Stall #3. We hope to have a remote camera in place soon.

2:11pm: DEVELOPING: apparently dropped two soft, well-formed fecal logs. Will have stool and urine analysis soon.

Kirby Smart also making a big push for Nico Collins. Filiaga is the biggest need, though. Losing 3 of the last 4 games sure didn't help recruiting.

He's a total homer and generally wildly optimistic. That's the lens you have to view his updates through. That said, I don't think he gets mileage out of being wrong.

I'm still not particularly sold that anyone knows anything, despite the reports.

He's only a homer when it comes to the quality of the players. Every guy is awesome. But he doesn't make predictions without really good information and when he calls a guy to Michigan he is right almost all the time. When he's wrong there's usually a pretty good reason and sometimes when a dramatic recruitment is over, he will reveal what happened. In this case, if he is saying Harris to Michigan, it's probably because one of the coaches told him that Harris had silently committed or something of that nature.

He can be a homer in his assessment of M's chances. He's not with his "gut" or specific prediction. But even then he may be too inclined to rely on a single source. I think he's been open about Najee in that he has no source with his family and no idea what he's telling Alabama, which IMO means he doesn't have much to go on.

We'll see.

I like getting his take as a piece to the puzzle. He has connections to the staff and in-state kids.

What's he say about Tufele? If he were candid then he'd day M has virtually zero chance.
