Recruiting wise, Lynn Bowden committed to IU. That's a great get if they can hang on to him. He could put video game numbers in that offense against the lesser defenses.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

OSU is unlikely to offer. I still think M could get him if they recruit him hard.
In any event, a really good pickup for IU.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

Dylan McCaffrey jumped 75 spots, now a 5-star 24/7 Comp. Rating and the #1 Pro-Style QB in the nation.
Harbaugh.
The big gainer - one of the most significant climbers in the country - was Highlands Ranch (Colo.) Valor Christian quarterback Dylan McCaffrey, who jumped 75 spots in the national rankings. The recent Michigan commitment is now one of the top quarterbacks overall.
A fifth star for Detroit Cass tech wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones saw a smaller climb in the numerical ranks (seven spots), but a huge honor for the local prospect.
Several of Michigan's offensive line targets made big leaps up the rankings. Cypress (Texas) Cy-Fair offensive tackle Austin Deculus jumped 86 spots, Plantation (Fla.) American Heritage tackle Tedarrell Slaton almost 100, and Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy guard/tackle Robert Hainsey gained an astounding 182 spots. There was a slight drop at the top for Brooklyn (N.Y.) Poly Prep tackle Isaiah Wilson, who went from No. 3 to No 5, but he remains among the very best players in the nation.
The Rivals Camp Series Presented by Under Armour begins its 2016 tour this weekend in Florida, and there will be another set of rankings at the conclusion of the series."Whole milk, not the candy-ass 2-percent or skim milk."

With all the LB offers going out, not sure if M is counting on him. Way too early to make much of the offer situation with the validity of offers these days but it seems like they want more than a couple LB's after taking 3-4 in the last class...
I like Dytarious, surprised by his coverage skills as he actually moved to linebacker from safety after his sophomore season. In football today, one of the skills that's difficult to notice is the coverage skills of a linebacker and thus its underrated. Not a big loss as M might be able to likely able to land a talent just as good in the '17 class.
