This is what is wrong in Ohio. Its the economy. Between payments to OP and to that pedo who scared off the linebacker recruit earlier this offseason on twitter, 60% of the state's GDP (defined as roughly $8000 in dresser-drawer coins, talent's bicycle, a signed James Gang concert poster and a six pack of Great Lakes porter according to the latest IMF consultation) is spent on sexual payments. You can't grow the tax base enough to educate children in these conditions.
