        LOLOLOLOL. No.

He did say OSU was in his top 3 as soon as they offered and is actually visiting OSU -- OSU COULD LAND #1 RECRUIT?????!!!??!. But, LOL...No. And more no.

        • Exactly. He'll probably stay south. Stop trying to make it more than it is. It's a copy and paste job from an M site. Nothing more. I know you want to turn it into "M WRITERS THINK THEY'RE GETTING WILSON!!!! LOLOLOLOLOL"...but they don't. He'll probably visit Michigan too and people still don't think they'll get him. Don't be a douche.

          • Detroit Cass Tech three-star safety Jaylen Kelly-Powell (6-0, 180, Rivals.com’s No. 27 safety nationally) has an impressive offer list and even more impressive credentials.

Kelly-Powell was outstanding during one on ones at Friday’s Sound Mind, Sound Body Camp in Detroit. The one thing he learned above all else …

“Grades,” he said. “You can play football, but you’ve got to have the grades. It’s a privilege.”

One he takes seriously as a 4.0 student. It’s no surprise, then, that education will be big for him when it comes to choosing a school.

“There’s no such thing as a bad education – there is such a thing as an elite education,” he said. “Other than that, it will be relationship with coaches, the plan for me after football. You can’t play football forever. And I want to know if they have my major. I’ll minor in business and major in kinesiology, which is the study of body movement.”

Kelly-Powell holds offers from Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Notre Dame, as well as Michigan State, Tennessee and others. He talks to the U-M coaches “all the time,” he said.

“Coach [Devin] Bush, Jim Harbaugh when he’s not busy, Coach [Chris] Partridge, [Brian] Smith … I talk to everybody,” he said.

“Coach Harbaugh is great. He’s funny … really funny. You can tell he loves the sport, loves his players. He wants nothing but the best for them.”

Recently, friends filmed him wearing a Michigan shirt. A camp counselor shouted, ‘just tell everyone you’re going blue!’ when he was being interviewed.

“It was just a shirt,” he said with a smile. “But my recruitment has been pretty good. I take it day by day … that’s the only way you can take it. Right now I’ve just got to finish taking my visits, go back home with my family and coaches and go from there.”

He’ll take trips this summer with his teammates, he said. Ohio State, Kentucky, Virginia Tech and others talk to him a lot, but he expects to play with his cousin, four-star Ambry Thomas of Detroit King, at the next level.

“Since we were on each other’s rivalry schools, we want to go to college together,” he said. “It’s not for sure. We’ve really got to do what’s best for each other. What’s best for him might not be for me, but there’s a decent chance. We basically have all offers exactly the same. We all take visits together.”

Thomas, meanwhile, said he was set on playing at the same school as Kelly-Powell, which could mean a two-fer for U-M if the Wolverines are able to seal the deal.

How is this possible, why did Harbaugh land him? What's his secret defect Talent?

                        • According to Vilain, it was the combination of the coaching staff, the academics, and his comfort with the entire situation.

I'm sure other theories will be tossed out there ...

                              • Talent's gone all cryptic. I think it's a defense mechanism. Ohio State had a nice run, but the tide seems to have turned in favor of Michigan.
