He's also Bri'onte Dunn's cousin. This probably isn't enough of a help, the issue with Dunn is likely still the upcoming sanctions against the Buckeyes. If they are minor, Dunn will stay committed.

Elmer OL who M was needing to make up ground on (vs ND & MSU) was in attendance. He's very likely the #2 recruit in-state for '13...
M has so few scholarships available for '12 that this game will obviously affect '13 far more so than '12. Good to see Kyle Boesch OT was in attendance too; he's a likely top 100 recruit.

Class of '12 kids still on the board that were 'there': Danny O'Brien DT, Jordan Payton WR, Zach Banner OT...
Rumor that the DT above committed tonight, I repeat its just a rumor based upon what one other commit said, rather than anything Danny himself said publicly. Your not really committed until you go public imo.

Just my opinion ... I don't have any "inside" info ... but I think O'Brien is a silent commit.
I get the feeling that he committed but told Hoke that he wanted to take his visits, probably because he feels a sense of gratitude to Tennessee and others."in order to lead America you must love America"

Great about Thomas; hasn't he said in the past that he wants to together with Dunn and would push him to come here if he committed?
Indeed, surely last night was great for recruiting. That is simply everything you want to see as a recruit.

If Toussaint can get and stay healthy, he should be a plus. He's got the best combination of of talents on the roster. Hopkins didn't impress much so the hope is Thomas Rawls or Justice Hayes can surprise...
We should see everybody versus Eastern, they won't do much at all to stop M. They are awful and M should get both the 2nd and 3rd stringers PT.

Too bad OSU never offered Thomas. Still can't figure that one out. Might be that OSU was only looking at him as a S, which is where he should play. As noted above, Dunn is going anywhere.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.
