His highlights look better than a few 4* LB'ers M has offered. Former safety so he's plenty athletic, takes good angles, knows how to tackle. Didn't see much taking on blockers so can't comment on that.Comment

Watch his film and make your own evaluation rather than only noticing his star rating. Looks like a very good athlete that knows how to play football, presently undersized as a linebacker but has the frame to play above 230 lb's. Comparing only highlight reels, his is more impressive than many four stars. M btw might take up to 5 LB'ers in this class.Comment

We've landed two or three 4 -stars in a row and now a 2 -star who is surely to rise for what it is worth.
Let's put this in a meaningful context.
No B1G team landed a "5 Star" recruit last year except Hoke with Chris Clark and of course he bolted when the F wad was fired. Harbaugh had a whole 2 weeks to almost White Knight him.
