You're not committed if you're visiting others schools. I don't know what to make of Poggi, Bama was a contender for his services before he committed; Poggi used to claim he just wanted to visit a 'friend' that goes there. Now they (Poggi and his pops) won't speak to recruiting insiders who they used to talk to frequently. Good thing I feel Maurice Hurst DT is arguably M's most underrated recruit.

I suppose if a kid's reaction isn't what one may expect, one may get that impression. I do put a lot of credence into what Sam Webb says because I've learned to trust him. But when a kid and his family go silent, it's hard to believe that "insiders" know what's going on. Guess it depends on who they are.I'll let you ban hate speech when you let me define hate speech.

Denzel Ward isn't a big loss, he's replaceable. High upside guy that's a long way from filling his potential. M has done well on the OL and shouldn't have major issues filling his spot with someone similar in talent...
Poggi would be missed dearly, he's going to be a beast in a couple years and hopefully it's for the Wolverines.

I think no news is good news with Poggi. Everyone, including Poggi himself, has gone silent on the matter. Before he went silent, he insisted that he was still committed to Michigan. So, I'll assume that nothing has changed.
Worst case scenario would be if he were to wait until signing day, and announce a flip at that time. That would be a pretty mean-spirited way to deal with Coach Hoke, and I don't understand why he'd do something like that. But again, he's a 17 year old kid, and predicting their actions can be difficult. I've raised a couple of them, and this I know for a fact.
I hope he comes to Michigan, but I won't want Hoke and his staff fired if Poggi flips."in order to lead America you must love America"

No news is not good news. No news, in this situation, means the recruit is thinking about it. There are 3 options -- 1, the recruit announces on Monday/Tuesday, "I'm still committed" -- 2, the recruit says nothing, and 3, the recruit flips.
So, at least he hasn't flipped. But the no news thing is meh news, at best.
FYI, I don't expect him to switch.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.
